Unable to attend your appointment?
If so, then email us as soon as possible at email@example.com in order to cancel your appointment.
Do not forget to state in the email the date and time at which your appointment was scheduled, as well as your name and date of birth. We would like to emphasise that this email address can only be used to cancel appointments.
