Cancelling an appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment you can send an e-mail to soaafspraak@ggd.amsterdam.nl. Make sure to include your name and date of birth in this e-mail. Mind, this e-mail address is only for cancellations. Other questions will not be answered.
Test results and treatment
Check for results after about 7 days on www.soatestuitslagen.nl or call for results 020 555 5822. Monday to Friday: from 10.15 a.m. to 12.15 p.m.
PEP
You can also come to the Public Health Service's STI Outpatient Clinic for a PEP treatment. If you have had unsafe sexual relation(s) with a high risk of getting infected with HIV then make an appointment at the STI Outpatient Clinic for free advice and/or treatment.
You can make an appointment for this by calling us at (020) 555 5822 on Monday till Friday between 08.30 and 10.00 or between 13.30 and 16.30 (preferably call in the morning). Outside office hours you can go to the First Aid of any Amsterdam hospital except the BovenIJ hospital. Click here for more information on PEP.
