Online results
After visiting the STI Outpatient Clinic of the Public Health Service Amsterdam, you can obtain your results here by entering your login details.
The login details can be found on the contact card that you were given at the end of your visit to the STI Outpatient Clinic. If you do not (or no longer) have your login details, then we recommend that you telephone for the results. The telephone number for the results can be found on the contact page (button on the right-hand side).
Procedure
We recommend that you view your results during working hours (between 09:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday inclusive) so that, if necessary, we can answer any questions as soon as possible or see you in the STI Outpatient Clinic for treatment. Visit the contact page for opening hours and how to reach us by telephone. You will then need to enter your pin number, order number and the password in order to view your results. You can then view your personal results.
Please note: If you have already been treated during your visit to the outpatient clinic and no additional treatment is required according to this site, it may be the case that you continue to experience symptoms. If you have followed all of the advice and are still experiencing symptoms one week after completing the course of antibiotics, contact us in order to arrange a follow-up check if necessary.

Log in for your results
Please note that it is only possible to log in once you have received an email and/or sms containing the message that your results are available.
The online request only works if we have a Dutch mobile number for you in our records. If this is not the case, you can telephone for the results 10 days after the examination on telephone number +31 (0)20 555 5822 between the hours of 10:15 and 12:15 on weekdays.
We would also like to point out that your results will only be available to view online for one month after the diagnosis has been made. If it has been longer than one month since your test, you can telephone the outpatient clinic.
